Tessel is a young Bellharrow local who notices patterns before adults are ready to believe there is a pattern.

During the concert fallout, Tessel said the Bell Well was clicking again. She pointed Elara and Briar toward the Glass Briar, where the sisters recovered the Zephyr Humming Feather.

She is quick, strange, useful, and easy to underestimate.
